Shuttles & Transportation

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we suggest the below options to get a shuttle to or park near the venue:

  • Limited public parking is available downtown

  • Guests staying in or coming from downtown can conveniently walk to the venue

  • Guests of Montage Healdsburg will be picked up at the front entry. Shuttles will begin running at 9:15 AM (boarding starts at 9:00 AM) and will continue on rotation until the last shuttle departs Montage at 10:00 AM. (Please note there is no return shuttle, as guests are scheduled to attend additional events downtown throughout the day.)

Check-In

Please have your e-ticket or badge and a valid photo ID ready to check-in. Admission will not be granted without them. Should you require assistance with your badges or e-tickets, please reach out to us at admin@healdsburgwineandfood.com.
