Shuttles & Transportation
For a seamless and stress-free experience, please be aware that on-site parking will NOT be available. Instead, we kindly request all guests to utilize our convenient shuttle service option(s) listed below:
HWFE Downtown Shuttle Stop: located near 14 Matheson Street (just west of The Wurst & Williamson Wines). Please note that there is no parking at the HWFE downtown shuttle stop, so guests will need to walk or utilize available parking in the surrounding areas.
Shuttles will depart from the HWFE Shuttle Stop at 7:00 PM (boarding begins at 6:30 PM) and will return to the HWFE Shuttle Stop upon conclusion of the event.
Guests of Montage Healdsburg will be picked up at the entry at 7:00 PM (boarding begins at 6:30 PM) and will return to Montage upon conclusion of the event. Guests planning to attend Guy’s Big Bottle Party at The Matheson will be dropped off at The Matheson on the way.
Check-In
Please have your e-ticket or badge and a valid photo ID ready to check-in. Admission will not be granted without them. Should you require assistance with your badges or e-tickets, please reach out to us at admin@healdsburgwineandfood.com.
